TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 6 p.m. at the Town of Osceola
Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, Campbellsport, WI, the Town Board will be conducting a
meeting to determine the status of Woodland Drive, as it pertains to road construction on State
Hwy 45, for the time the construction occurs (+/- 60 days). The highway construction has placed
an excessive amount of traffic on Woodland Drive, making a dangerous situation for both drivers
and residents.

The Town has responded by lowering the speed limit on Woodland Dr. to 35 mph. and has
requested the Fond du Lac Sheriff increase enforcement of this speed limit (which it has).
Following citizen complaints, the Town briefly closed Woodland Drive. It has since reopened with
the determination that a decision to have Woodland open or closed thoughout the Hwy 45
construction period should be determined at a properly noticed Town of Osceola Board meeting.

The meeting is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
