NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at the Town of Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, there will be a public hearing to consider the application of Michael Welch to rezone 1.17 acres from Farmland Preservation to Residential District. The property is located in SW¼ of NE1/4, Section 8, T. 14 N.-R. 19 E., Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, located on County Road B near Northview Road.  The purpose for rezoning is for the building of a shed after property is surveyed and sold to Cody Wiedmeyer.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board at their July 12, 2022 monthly meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.   Dated this June 10, 2022.

The Town Board may be in attendance at the Plan Commission hearing.
