NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING for TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, November 4, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held at the Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, to consider the application of Paul A and Andrea J Scannell to rezone 0.92 acres from Farmland Preservation to Residential District. The property is located in PT SE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 2, T. 14 N.-R. 19 E., Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (T16-14-19-02-08-003-00), located at W737 Armstrong Road, St Cloud, WI  53079.  The purpose for rezoning is to add to current residential property.

 

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board at their November 9, 2021 meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.   Dated this October 22, 2021.

The Town Board may be in attendance at the Plan Commission hearing.
