PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. there will be a public hearing at the Town of Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F Campbellsport, Wisconsin, at which time the Town of Osceola Plan Commission will consider the application of Christopher Straub, William Braatz, and Alan Miller to rezone 8.66 acres from Rural Development District to Farmland Preservation District. The property is located in the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼, Section 17, T. 14 N.-R. 19 E., Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (T16-14-19-17-05-002-00) and also known as N4161 Northview Road.  The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board at their September 25, 2019 meeting.

The property is located in the Northeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼, Section 17, T. 14 N.-R. 19 E., Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (T16-14-19-17-05-003-00) and also known as N4157 Northview Road.  The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board at their September 25, 2019 meeting.  The purpose of these rezonings is to create a Lot 2 Certified Survey Map.
