At the September 11, 2018, meeting of the Osceola Town Board, the Board passed a motion to raise the fee for accounts that have Insufficient Funds when the check is cashed.  The fee was $12 per item previously, and now for all future ISF checks, the fee will be $30 per item.   This notice will also be included on all invoices sent.
