Amendment to Ordinance # 17-1

The Town Board of the Town of Osceola, Fond du lac County, Wisconsin, has the specific authority under s.349.13, Wis. Stats., to adopt this amendment to ordinance 17-1.

This amendment adopted by a majority of the town board on a roll call vote with a quorum present and voting and proper notice having been given, this amendment will expand the authorized personnel allowed to enforce said ordinance in Subsection E

1) The chief of the water patrol and all county and state law enforcement officers shall be authorized to enforce our parking ordinance and issue tickets.

This amendment shall also lower the forfeiture in section C from $200 to $100.

This amendment to Ordinance #17-1 is effective on January 1, 2018.

The Town clerk shall properly post or publish this ordinance as required under s.60.80, Wis. Stats.
