NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at the Osceola Town Hall a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET for the Town of Osceola in Fond du Lac County will be held. The Proposed Budget in detail is available for inspection; please call (920) 212-TOWN (8696) #0 to set up an appointment.
NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
FOR THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF OSCEOLA, FOND DU LAC COUNTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Special Town Meeting of the electors of the Town of Osceola on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. This special town meeting will follow the completion of the Public Hearing on the Proposed 2026 Town Budget, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F for the following purposes:
- To consider the adoption of a resolution by the electors at the town meeting endorsing a town board resolution which proposes that the town levy exceed the state allowable levy limit under Wis. Stat. s 66.0602, specifically a proposed tax levy which would exceed the allowable town tax levy for 2025, after adjustments, by 20.691%, for a dollar increase of $100,000.
- To approve the 2025 town tax levy ($583,302) to be collected in 2026 pursuant to Sec 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes..
The Osceola Town Board will meet immediately following the completion of the special town meeting to adopt the 2026 budget.

FOR THE TOWN OF OSCEOLA, FOND DU LAC COUNTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 immediately following the completion of the Special Town Meeting of the Electors, which shall follow the Public Hearing on the Proposed Year 2026 Budget, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Osceola Town Hall, a TOWN BOARD MEETING will be held for the following purpose:
- For the Town Board to adopt the Year 2026 Budget for the Town of Osceola.
