NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held at the Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, to consider the application of Thomas & Linda Campagna to rezone 12.388 acres beyond Mercury Lane from Farmland Preservation to Rural Development District. The properties are located in part of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼, part of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ & part of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 9, T14N – R19E, Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (T16-14-19-09-14-001-00, T16-14-19-09-08-001-00, T16-14-19-09-09-001-00).

 The purpose for rezoning is to plan for a future home to be built on each of the two lots of six acres each.

And continued discussion on driveway permits.

The Plan Commission will make its recommendations to the Town of Osceola Board at their October 14, 2025 meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.                 

The Town Board may be in attendance at the Plan Commission hearing.
