OFFICIAL NOTICE for ROAD BIDS – TOWN OF OSCEOLA

The Town of Osceola, Fond du lac County is accepting bids for the following highway projects for 2025 which are for 100% virgin aggregate mixed Cold Mix Asphalt Wedging & Hot Oil Seal Coating using 100% fractured black stone.

Project #1:  Boy Scout Rd. (north & south sections) 3,600ft. (.68 Mi.) X 20- 21ft. – cold mix wedging of approx. (132 ton) in various sections + hot oil single seal 100% fractured granite

 Project #2:  Triple S Rd. (Hickory Hills Rd to ‘E’) – 5,150ft. (.98 Mi.) X 23-24ft. – cold mix wedging of approx. (145 ton) in various sections + hot oil single seal using 100% fractured granite black stone

Project #3:  Northview Rd. (Hwy. W east to Corner/new mix) 4,000ft. (.78 Mi.) X 20- 21ft. – cold mix wedging of approx. (198 ton) in various sections + hot oil single seal 100% fractured granite black stone

Project #4:  Mushroom Rd. (Hwy. B to townline) 8,050ft. (1.52 Mi.) X 20- 21ft. – hot oil single seal using 100% fractured granite black stone

The bids shall include contractor specifications for cold mix wedging & hot oil chip sealing including cold mix patch material to fill in any necessary potholes and deviations prior to treatment. All bids must contain Project number, a Certificate of Insurance from the contractor’s insurance carrier, and confirmation that contracted work will be completed by August 31, 2025 or other mutually agreed upon deadline.

The Town of Osceola reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and will not allow subcontracting.

All interested bidders are to contact Supervisor Dean Kranig at 920-948-5644 for all information and submittal details by 6:00 pm June 16, 2025 deadline. Bids will then be opened and awarded at a Town of Osceola Special Board meeting on June 16, 2025, beginning at 6 p.m.
