NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

                                                                     TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on THURSDAY, October 10, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held at the Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, to consider the application of Wild Life Lane Irrevocable Trust (Walsh) to rezone 1.5 acres on the east side of Triple S Road, from Rural Development District to Residential District.  The property is located in the southwest corner of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼, Section 32, T14N – R19E, Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (T16-14-19-32-10-004-00) along State Road 67.  The purpose for rezoning is to create a new lot on which to build a new home.

The Plan Commission will make recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board at their October 15, 2024 meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
