NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, July 29, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held at the Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, to consider the application of Brian K Ebert to rezone the upper portion of his total 30.359 acre parcel, the section north of State Road 67, from Rural Development District to A-1 Farmland Preservation District.  The property is located in a part of the SE ¼ of the SW ¼, Section 34, T14N – R19E, Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (T16-14-19-34-12-001-00) along State Road 67.  The purpose for rezoning is to comply with Fond du Lac County zoning ordinances and regulations and be consistent within the zoning of the whole parcel.

The Plan Commission will make recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board at their August 12, 2024 meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.                                     Dated this July 12, 2024.

The Town Board may be in attendance at the Plan Commission hearing.
