NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held at the Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, to consider the application of Casper Renner for a Conditional  Use Permit (CUP)  of  0.5 acres within existing Residential District. The property is located in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼, Section 2, T. 14 N.-R. 19 E., Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (T16-14-19-02-14-002-00 at the corner of County Road B and Log Cabin Road.  The purpose for the CUP is for the building of a storage/workshop garage.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board at their June 11, 2024 meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.                                       Dated this May 23, 2024.

The Town Board may be in attendance at the Plan Commission hearing.
