 Called meeting to order by Chairman Neitzel at 7:06 pm
 Roll Call of committee members present: In person: Keith Fisher, Brian Neitzel, Brian
O’Connor, David Thompson. By Phone: Linda Hodorff. Absent: Larry Brown.
 Audience in attendance: Jim Walter & Mahlers.
 Prior to meeting, notices were properly posted in Campbellsport News and at regular
Town of Osceola posting sites. Information regarding variance request was mailed to
neighbors within 400 feet of property and to all board of appeals members and alternates.
 Purpose of Meeting: Consider request for a variance to build a garage at Lot #3, Fuzzy
Lane, Campbellsport. This is part of a subdivision which requires a 75 foot setback. The
applicants are James M. and Theresa A. Mahler, N3285 Highway 67, Campbellsport, WI

 Board Action taken: Following discussion, a motion to approve the variance was made by
Keith Fisher, seconded by Brian O’Connor, and passed.
 A written response will be prepared, provided to applicants and a copy provided to town
clerk.
 Meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
