NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held at the Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, to consider the application of Walter G Seibel to rezone 2.273 acres from A-1 Exclusive Agricultural (FP) District to Single Family Residential District. The property is located in a part of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 30, T. 14 N.-R. 19 E., Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (T16-14-19-30-05-001-00 along County Road F.  The purpose for rezoning is for the creating of a new single-family residential lot for son-in-law and daughter to build a new single-family home.

AND TO CONSIDER the application of Walter G Seibel to rezone 9.989 acres from Rural Development District to A-1 Exclusive Agriculture (FP) District.  The property is located in a part of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼, Section 3, T. 14 N.-R. 19 E., Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (T16-14-19-03-14-007-00 near Sheehan Lake Lane and Mulletview Road.  The purpose for rezoning is to comply with the existing zoning of the neighboring lands.

The Plan Commission will make two recommendations to the Town of Osceola Board at their May 11, 2024 meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.                                 Dated this April 18, 2024.
