NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:    TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held at the Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, to consider the application of Travis D Del Ponte and R &D Holdings LLC to rezone 0.73 acres from Business to Residential District. The property is located in part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the SE 1/4, Section 30, T. 14 N.-R. 19 E., Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (T16-14-19-30-13-011-00), located east of Triple S Road.  The purpose for rezoning is for the construction of an additional garage on the Del Ponte property.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board at their November 13, 2023 meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.                            Dated this October 16, 2023.

The Town Board may be in attendance at the Plan Commission hearing.
