On October 28th, the Wisconsin ATV/UTV Association, Kettle Moraine ATV Association, and Lakeshore ATV/UTV Club will be hosting the 16th annual ATV/UTV Charity Ride benefitting “Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.”  This correspondence is to notify the counties and municipalities of the event as we expect a higher level of ATV/UTV traffic in the area for the event.  The beginning and end of the rides will be held at the Washington County Fair Park and Convention Center between West Bend and Jackson.  Four (possibly 5) groups will be headed out in different directions for their rides.  We are not requesting any services from you, but rather want to inform you of the event so you can inform your residents or respond to inquiries if residents ask.  Please feel free to share with any entities (fire/rescue, law enforcement, etc.) you feel  would like to have knowledge of the event.  We don’t anticipate any issues, however first responders may appreciate the info.

 

We appreciate everyone’s efforts with the respect to the local road routes; as this event would not be available to us locally without the system of routes.
