NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., there will be a public hearing at the Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, Campbellsport, to consider the application of Bob Bingen of Michels Road & Stone, Inc for an amendment to their Conditional Use Permit on the Alvin and Barbara Berres properties.  The properties are located west of US Highway 45 in Section 32, T. 14 N.-R. 19 E., Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (T16-14-19-32-13-011-00, & T16-14-19-32-16-001-00), at N2500 U.S. Highway 45.  The purpose of the amendment is to allow Michels Road & Stone, Inc to do blasting to create wash ponds at this pit.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board at their January 10, 2023 monthly meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.   Dated  this December 19, 2022.

The Town Board may be in attendance at the Plan Commission hearing.
