NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, March 4, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., a public hearing will be held at the Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, to consider the application of Wenger Investments to rezone 1.25 acres from Residential District to Business District.   The property is located in the SW ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 29,  T. 14 N.-R. 19 E. Lot 1, Town of Osceola,  Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin  (T16-14-19-29-07-008-00), also known as N3105 US Highway 45, Wenger Construction.   The purpose of the rezoning is for Wenger Construction, Inc. business expansion.   The adjacent parcel is already zoned business and owned by Wenger Construction Inc.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board at their March 9, 2021 meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.     Dated this February  11, 2021. 

The Town Board may be in attendance at the Plan Commission hearing.
