https://townofosceola.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/scan0160.pdf  The Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, has declared for itself a disaster situation, namely flooding has struck the Town of Osceola. Because of such emergency conditions, it is necessary and expedient for the health, safety, welfare and good order of the Town of Osceola to proclaim emergency conditions exist. We have exhausted all of our available resources and are asking for assistance from the county. We have also requested that the county advise the State of Wisconsin of our emergency conditions.
