PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, September 5, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. there will be a public hearing at the Town of Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F Campbellsport, Wisconsin, at which time the Town of Osceola Plan Commission will consider the application from Michael Timblin to rezone 83 acres at N4390 Pine Tree Lane S10-T14NR19E SW1/4  NW1/4 ( T16-14-19-10-06-004-00, T16-14-19-10-10-001-00, T16-14-19-10-07-001-00, & T16-14-19-10-11-001-00) in the Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin for the purpose of sand and gravel extraction.  The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board for their September monthly meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.   Dated this August 19, 2019. 

The Town Board may be in attendance at the Plan Commission hearing for the purpose of information-gathering but will not take any action at that time.
