NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. there will be a public hearing at the Town of Osceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F Campbellsport, Wisconsin, at which time the Town of Osceola Plan Commission will consider the application of David Schanen for rezoning 3.3 acres from Residential District to Business District.  The rezoning is for the purpose of obtaining a Wisconsin Motor Vehicle Dealer License. The property is located at N2935 US Highway 45:  a part of Tax parcel T16-14-19-29-12-003-00, the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Section 29, T14 N-R19 E, in the Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.  The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board for their April 9, 2019 meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.   Dated this March 14, 2019.

The Town Board may be in attendance at the Plan Commission hearing.
