NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF OSCEOLA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, January 3, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. there will be a public hearing at the Town ofOsceola Town Hall, W1476 County Road F, Campbellsport, Wisconsin, at which time the Town of Osceola Plan Commission will consider the application from Michael Rohlfs for rezoning 1.5 acres from Farmland Preservation District to Business District.  The purpose for the rezoning is to be pursuant with Chapter 3.4.2 of the Zoning Ordinances.  The property is located at W2102 Cedar Road:  a part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 5, T14 N–R19E, Town of Osceola, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.  The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town of Osceola Board for their January 8, 2019 meeting.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.   Dated this December15, 2018.

The Town Board may be in attendance at the Plan Commission hearing.
